Rules and Regulations of “Apartments in Cieplice”

I. Check-in/check-out
Check-in starts from 2.30 p.m., please vacate the apartment by 10.30 a.m.

II. Apartment keys
The keys are in the box outside the door (code for the box provided in the message or email).
When you check out, please leave your keys in the box.
The key set consists of: the keys to the apartment door, the keys to the front door and the keys to the waste box. The waste box is located at the car park next to the building.

III. Internet
You will receive your password and login in the message with the check-in instructions when you check in.

IV. Waste
Please sort your waste, the bins for individual waste are labelled.
The bin under the sink is for mixed waste that is not sorted.

V. Radiators
In winter, the radiators are activated by turning the thermostat on the radiators.

VI. Smoking ban
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment, on the balcony and throughout the building.
Failure to do so will result in a fine from the housing association of PLN 1,000.

VII. Animals
Pets are not allowed in the apartment area.

VIII. Quiet hours
There are quiet hours in the building from 10.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m.
